External Supervision

I provide individual or peer supervision for staff.

With this supervision I draw upon my extensive lived and professional experience across the disability community, and in a range of settings.

I have been external supervisor for staff working in:

• Day Programmes
• Information Services 
• Tertiary Education Disability Support Services
• Advocacy Groups
• The Deaf and Disability Community.

Since 1998 I have supervised a range of staff from CCS Disability Action, the Christchurch Office of Deaf Association, Christchurch City Council, Supported Employment Agencies, Victoria and Lincoln University.

I am currently the external supervisor for 12 staff.
