During this workshop I discuss the support and practical solutions that have allowed me to overcome many of the challenges I have faced and to reach my potential. I give a lot of practical examples from my lived and professional experience. Workshops participants also have the opportunity to discuss their own ideas.
We also look at background material about the disability community and consider how this information could be incorporated into the participants' own support of disabled students.
